Everyone loves rewards! When we were kids, I think everyone enjoyed candy and sweets as rewards. It seems so harmless to reward children with ice cream, cookies, suckers and other sugary goods. However, the problem is that as we get older, we become accustomed to this. Think about it, at our jobs, when you celebrate anything, food plays a major role. Its great to share meals with loved ones and our friends, but we must admit these occasions can lead to us over doing it. Its like we give ourselves a free pass.catch me patch me
Well I say that after a lot of effort to lose weight, lets change the rewards! Why keep sabotaging your efforts with rewards that are not good for you.bliss hair форум
Celebrate in a different way. For example, everyone knows I love shop- but it is a great treat, buy your self a new pair of shoes or a new outfit, new accessory. Its lasts longer and it can be a great reminder of your success. You also dont want to forget new workout gear- such as gym shoes, workout clothes, gadets (pedometer, heart monitor and etc.) If youre like me, you probably started out with big sweat pants, old t-shirts and old gym shoes. Now that youre serious buy a cute outfit, shoes that match your performance. These are great motivators.
After you have reached your ultimate weight goal, treat yourself to a photo session, even if its just at a department store or have one of your friends take pictures of you. Comparing photos is a great way to see your success. I have to admit looking in the mirror didnt always do the trick for me! But photos will help you see yourself in a new light.
You can also pamper yourself treat yourself to a massage, pedicure, manicure, facial, some new body care product. Reward your body in a good way for getting you through your workouts.

6. Cook book- start preparing great meals at home and save tons of calories!
7. candles or any sort of home decorating item that you love!
