Green Tea:When is flavoring enough?valgosocks
Turn on any local health station and you are constantly informed with the same truth gospel—green tea is good for you. However, some people are turned off by its seaweed-like flavor. As a result of this, the market is rife with alternatives to green tea such as green milk tea and green tea latte which are designed to provide different and generally sweeter taste. But whilst the ideas might be nobel, it does provide an amusing spin because plain green tea already has its own flavor.http://haysascena.de/gb/fitness/Green+TeaWhen+is+flavoring+enough%3F++Health+News+For+Familie.html
Sugar does tend to make things taste good, and flavored green tea is no exception. Green tea is a popular dessert flavor that can be found in ice cream, frozen yogurt, milkshakes, cake and other sweets. And with all the added taste of milk, sugar and syrup, there is very little left in way of original green tea flavour. It is important to remember that with the added sweetness comes an increased calorie count. This is why even though green tea might carry serious health benefits, flavored tea might be an entirely different story. It might have a fantastic flavor but it carries a hefty price with it. By mixing your green tea with other compounds you end up losing many of its health benefits.macho man skutki uboczne
But flavored green tea doesn’t have to be unhealthy. Green tea can be sweet and delicious and still retain its healthy content. One great way of naturally sweetening your green tea is by adding fruit flavor. You can add pieces of fruit like apple or mango or add fruit juice from lychee or pomegranate. What type of fruit you use in lacing your tea will be entirely your decision.
In the midst of your experimentation with flavors, it doesn’t hurt to give plain Chinese green tea another try. Factors like whether you use fresh leaves or a tea bag and the type of water used will affect the final flavor of your green tea. With the right ingredients, there is no reason why you won’t be able to get the best flavor results out of your green tea. Fresh leaves obviously provide a fresher taste, and depending on where you live, the tap water might have different contents that can alter the taste of green tea. How hot or cold your water is will also affect the results. A good method of preserving the flavor is to wait for the boiled water to cool a bit before pouring it in. Fresh leaves combined with purified water at the right temperature are most likely to make the best flavored green tea.
